If drilling began next week, we would be in the .80s-1.00. JMHO The problem is drilling is in 2008, and we're at the mercy of the flippers until that time, something positive might happen before drilling occurs, but I'm not holding my breath, the only positive I see is the acquisition of a marginal producing field. The only Negative is ERHC gets indicted, admits guilt, pays a fine, or defends it till the very end, is either found innocent, or is found guilty and pays a fine. The Officers could be indicted, would be dismissed, and they could pay fines and/or go to jail as well. But, the assets remain, and that is what we are all here for. Also, those looking out for our assets have never been better. You can be sure that Akin/Gump, Duane Morris and our Auditor are keeping an extremely close eye on all ERHC dealings today. Personally, I believe ERHC will not be indicted because assuming any bribery did occur, I highly doubt that any records were kept in ERHC's office or Offor's lawyer had them. I highly doubt anyone who took bribes at SNP or Nigeria/STP is going to cooperate and admit they took bribes. Its tough to prove, unless you've got an American Citizen looking down the end of a 30 year prison sentence like in the Jefferson indictment that is sqeauling, in this case those who might have taken bribes are foreign officials, no way is the president of STP, or the foreign minister of STP or the Head of the NNPC going to admit they were on the take, and its going to be awful tough for the DOJ to prove that considering they don't have those guys under surveillance here in the US. Bribes occur under the table, and don't have a paper trail, I would be shocked if there were files that stated who and when ERHC bribed someone, assuming that bribery occurred. Even the Feltang inquiry, that deal was reported to the SEC and filed in ERHC's reports, sure would be stupid to steal money from the Company and report it to the SEC, if anything Feltang used those funds to bribe others and that is what the SEC/DOJ is looking into, and even that, hey, still going to have to prove the ERHC knew that Feltang was using those funds to bribe SNP or Nigerian officials, sounds like a Tall Order to me. $3 million cash and $10 million in shares is quite a small transaction when you're talking about the multi-trillion dollar a year oil industry.

I strongly believe that the current investigations have, at the least, halved our sp. When we gain any kind of finality that clearly does not affect our JDZ assets this stock will bounce higher than 100% - fast.

Longs, shorts ... and a lot of big money not currently invested here, know that.

Over and out.
