Captain Ed lives in South East, Pa....about 1 to 1 1/2 hours from the Jersey Coast, depending upon which part of the coast you fish on. Atlantic City, Avalon, Cape May are much farther away. Belmar is about an hour and they have fishing trips going out all day. We also live very near the Delaware river, many local streams, and of course, the Pocono's are not far away with the fresh water lakes. I am a bit farther from the coast than Ed. But, not by much. I live closer to the City of Philadelphia, where I work and sometimes play.
He is most likely already out fishing. That is why I answered for him. Sometimes I miss the days when he would just show up at my house and say, "grab your stuff, we are going fishing" Didn't have to twist my arm.
