Addax doesn't have enought capital to sit...

and plow money into the JDZ, without fast tracking the return....this is going to be a make or break area for Addax, if they strike alot of oil, they will produce as quickly as possible,imo.

An XOM or CVX could wait and drag things out at their leisure, not an Addax....jmho
