Thankyou for your response, I was not aware that it was the law that you could not short a stock under 5 dollars, just trying to out smart this guy, thats all. You know if he does a reverse split that the price will come right back down without any real good news and hard facts.

that's not true, you can short any stock you want at any price... depends on your broker if he allows it...
