While the fee may be seen as excessive, it has been reported and filed for the world to see.

The questions is who is Feltang? IF it is a front for Offor or his cronies, then Offor has some questions to answer and the SEC would possibly cancel the non-cash fee and fine Offor for arranging it. Does it change anything regarding ERHC's position? No.

IF Offor did anything out of his own pocket to affect things, that's a matter between the US authorities and Offor. Does it change anything regarding ERHC's position? No.

IF Offor used his position at the company to cause the board and the company to do things not in line with interests of shareholders as a whole, that's a matter between the US authorities and Offor and possibly pissed-off shareholders. Does it change anything regarding ERHC's position? No.

Offor is the man on the hot seat here. I'm sure the heat is getting unbearable and I would not be surprised to see it get worse before it gets better.

I have no problem being an ERHC shareholder, and even buying more as time goes on, but I sure as hell would not want to be him.
