A more pressing issue to me is the SEC overhang. Once we file, near term as I understand it, all our previously delayed financial filings, which should be correctly stating any issues the SEC had with them, we should be in the clear on that part of their investigation.
Those updated filings are clearly intended to be a bridge, in my opinion, to getting us off the pink sheets....and on to a more respectable trading forum.
What I would like to know is, does this garner a heralded response from the SEC in print that GTEM is clear of their investigation? IOW...what is the confirm for shareholders that the SEC investigation is over, and the new management is cleared to go forward?
I am presuming, in the above, that there are not any chiggers left in the wood pile beyond what we were told to be concerned about regarding this SEC overhang about accounting issues. Regardless, I am in the camp that a move off the pinks is paramount on a satisfactory resolution with the SEC on ANY issues they have.
I'd just like to know...How will we know?
Other than any MM taking us to the OTC at their whim and fancy.
