Now we're getting into the complicated part. NMC is financing this work somehow. It will go as fast as the effort that can be financed. Where is that capital coming from? VPN probably has more than enough, but GTEM owes half, less whatever credit they get for the hardware. So is VPN financing Globetel's portion? What are the terms? Is NMC financing through some other method? What are the terms?

It's all unknown, but affects everything from schedule to cash flow to pps. Nothing to do but wait for the info, imo.

As far as work crews go, (and these are just guesses, I wouldn't even call them my opinion, given how little I know) if you assume they need to run their own electical from some available nearby source and then do the install, testing and alignment. I would guess an average of 1.25 units per day per two man crew. Assuming a five day work week, they need to do 12.5 per day to hit 250 per month. So that would be 10 work crews. Now for a big WAG: that might be a $4,160,000 per year effort for the installation. ($100 per hour including overhead, profit, benefits, etc. times 20 guys working 2,080 hours each per year) For Globetel's part $4,160,000 divided by two and per month is $173,000 per month. Figure $25,000 or so for financing fees, travel, expenses etc (another huge WAG) and my guess is $200,000 per month for Globetel to keep the ball rolling. Again, pure conjecture on my part.
