My e-mail to the SEC-
On Nov.2 2000, I sold my shares of ECNC because of an artical written by David Evans. In the past Evans has had a history of writting "bashing" articals on ECNC, and today was no diffrent. In his first artical he had stated that ECNC had no relationship with SunMicro systems, and had no booth in the same pavalon as Sun, and that Sun wasnt even going to be at the COMDEX. As soon as I read the artical I proceeded to sell my shares in ECNC. Given the history of ECNC I didnt want to take any chances, and I am sure that Evans knew that his artical would cause a sell off. If you look at the charts and time of the artical, a sell off begun at the time that Evans published his artical. I think he intentually published his artical to harm ECNC. Now in later "updates" all of the "misrepresentaions" have been changed. If I would have known that these articals were false, I wouldnt have sold my shares, and could have saved on the commisions also.
End of e-mail
Everyday that this goes up from this day out, I will resend the e-mail to the SEC, and each day take the gains of ECNC and multiply it by 23,100 and tell them of my lose for that day because of Evans. I may not be the most suportive ECNC shareholder, but this is bull!#@$.
