I think that they have had MORE than enough time to finish the easy financials. I think they found out something from the past that is not right and that is why we are running into delay after delay. There were many here waving the pom pom's about May 28, June 1, etc etc etc. Here we sit, still with no financials and without those financials, THERE IS NO REVERSE MERGER.!

Tomorrow or the day after we can speak about "delay" - if at all -- right now we are just waiting ... but its´funny how nervous all our daily spam-pumpers become ... LOL
