If they are so simple then what horrible thing could the auditor's have found to throw this off? Lol, that doesn't make sense. What more makes sense is that they have until around June 28th to file, and then announce the completion of the merger and handing over to Aero on Monday, July 2nd.
I really don't think the auditors give a shit, they will finish when they finish and that's that.
