imo, that means they are ready to plea NOT guilty. i don't want to say it too early, but this is what it sounds to me. will see.

btw, where is the link that indicates PMCL's lawyer showed up but the case was adjourned due to the absence of the other parties?

It is very unlikely that the Hearing was postponed, because some of the parties concerned CHOSE not to show up; a Hearing by a Regulatory Agency is like "this is the issue, this is the place, and this is the time", show up and say your piece.

What will happen then, on June 25 PMCL and 2 other companies show up, and another postponement? I don't think so, for the simple reason it will take months, at this rate to get all the companies to show up together.

What about the DARK CLOUD hanging over PMCL till June 25, 07? IMO, PMCL would have preferred to have this matter settled today..It's in their best interest to get this behind them and proceed with F/S, Dividend, and other 2007 business plans

IMO, some of the companies listed may be pursuing action against Select American in U.S. Courts(BHUB?), or through SEC (LSMJ?), and that may the be reason for their absence IMO.
