I think that's a non-issue. The lawsuit in my mind is frivolous and the class will likely not be certified. The lawyers piling on day after day is nothing new .. just expanding the choice one has for legal representation should the class be certified.

Tax loss selling is another option but NENG has such a low float I don't believe it's a big factor.
