"...and expanding and acquiring new vistas was the objective"

How the hell do you know? Step back, think for a minute. Do you really think the objective was for the greater good while increasing the OS, journaling shares into multiple nominee accounts, buying and selling, controlling the price, withdrawing funds from nominee accounts... please tell me you aren't quite THAT blind. Good grief, man!

But, agreed, we'll all find out together whether anything was actually "illegal" or not. It WAS bad enough for the OSC to allege fraud, though, so far... right? Or have they actually been charged with fraud already? I can't even remember.

ed53wa - what is pocket change?

the $7.8 million cash that resulted from the fraudulent sale of restricted unregistered securities into the market with the use of 5 nominee accounts?

Sulja Bros. revenues are probably not more than $7.8 million, so are you saying that the revenues for Sulja Bros. are "pocket change"?

and you have no problems using fraudulently obtained funds to line the pockets of the Officers, Directors and Consultants, as long as the stock price goes up?

How much down in the hole are you?

Aren't you the one that took a second mortgage on your house to buy SLJB at very high prices?

pocket change - it's what they did with it that counts and expanding and acquiring new vistas was the objective. Sure it was done without our knowledge but if the outcome is that it was for the greater good of all involved - I've got no problems with it. He11, I've even chipped in some more to thank them for the recent 400% gains. Sorry you missed that one too. Must be those rose colored glasses you see the world thru lol
