Call SQUM and ask.....I'll wait the answer. Keep in mind that a deposit was also made toward the order as reported by SQUM. In actuality the only clarity we have is a video an investor did on his own which clearly shows the box to be very brittle! Kudo’s to him for showing clarity where no one else has done so to this point.
Let me add it was SQUM that made the statement about collections in there PR. How are they doing that? Or are they? When you talk to SQUM ask them what they have done to support that statement or were they lying? Makes you wonder how far the lies really go!
I would say that both companies are amiss at offering any clarity to investors on the subject but at this point the ball has been placed in SQUM's hands to make the next move and there is no evidence of that. Regardless of how you look at the situation it is bad if SQUM does nothing. You know of you can comfortably assume that SQUM has seen the investors video….and nothing!
My issue with SQUM since the onset has been not marking the product labeling as to the construction materials used in the BioVault 2.0. Investors on that forum showed a video that was obviously made by the companies employees that show an Asian lady beating the crap out of the product, the BioVault 2.0 is not that product. It is my belief that there has been a lot of deception here to pump up share price by both parties. At some point Peter gets robbed to pay Paul. Consider Peter as the unsuspecting investor. There are a lot of Peters but we seem to have out share of Dicks too!
