ETRADE said shares were due yesterday, now it's showing tomorrow as a due date. Don't know if they knew what they were talking about.

I did, she said sometimes it takes a couple days and sometimes months. Its apppears to be up to the company to get things fixed and or complete the re-org.

Peewee, if Ameritrade told you they would have entered a sell order for you if you had a margin account, just switch to a margin account. Doesn't cost anything unless you access the margin.
