no clue but I asked MDMN they said no new shares have been sold since the AGM and tell you the truth isn't this old news?? DIDn't we know about this already?

The new claims did not cause us to double our OS. They were about 20 to 25 million shares if my recollection is correct. My understanding is these new ones will cost far less. We'll have to wait for the evaluation. I believe these are more for a buffer zone between us and our neighbor.
