Form 10QSB, filed on 2/20/07 has my curiosity and I have some questions, if anyone cares to answer them:

1) Why are there lines drawn through every bit of the financials, filed on 2/20/07 ?

2) What do those lines represent - meaning is that an implied disclaimer, implying that those lines mean that data is invalid ?

3) Financials, as stated and crossed out, in the 10QSB, are unaudited - does this mean that the company can put anything in there, without penalty (Please refer back to question# 2) ?

4) Company Events (8K)- Ken Reda replaced Carroll, as of 4/15 and certain shares were purchased by, what appears to be described as, an outside firm.
This question is 2-fold:
A) Ken Reda is obviously family, yes ?
B) Albert Reda is the CEO, CFO and other titles - this implies that he knows the laws and ins and outs to push, as much as legally possible, the envelope - is it believed, on this board, that Albert is deceptive and underhanded ?
