People misread these things, yes it states de-listing and some will have sold on that PR, but re-read it, it clearly states they received the letter on the 17th April 2007, i.e. only last Tuesday and by today they have sorted it, Sadle steps down, new chap Paoni steps up as the INDEPENDENT, job done, no mention of de-listing due to trading under $3`s e.t.c, it is merely a paperwork exercise and they have to respond by the 1st May 07.

The k reads worse than it actually is, a problem picked up on by the Amex/SEC, problem sorted in less than a week, nice to see TKO can move when they have to!!
