I wonder if Wallach is owed some shares?

The purchase agreement states he's entitled to 3% of the OS
That comes to 16.62 million shares worth and that form 3 only indicates 14.28 million.

Funny thing is 14.28 million is 3% of 476 million and the OS was well over that when Wallach got his stock.
