I don't know what his problem is. It looks like he started posting about 1 month after its high. Could be he did not sell and is mad. It also could be that he is a shorter.
I don't believe anything he is saying about CBRP.
The share structure is the same.
You should call up Alex to get your questions answered. Do your own DD.

valley-view,, a background check on that guy shows four stocks, all up and coming oil and gas or mining stocks and he is bad mouthing all of them..to the point that he has set himself up for lawsuits by the companies he is slamming

two things here..

1. do your own research on a company and do not listen to message board dribble as your buy or sell criteria
