those shares should have never been in the hands of others without payment... escrow, gold whatever RRM was talking about.

The ultimate responsibility goes to the CEO for his responsibility to the company and share holders. Hopefully he learned a hard lesson here..

The damage is already done so I say time to move on and don't let it happen again....
