Brian Schuster appears to be affiliated with Robert Pearce through Cirrilium Holdings:

Robert Pearce was the CEO that screwed over his shareholders in the GLUV/MAMG fiasco.

Any investor worth their salt will want to have a clear picture of the companies management and past activities before they decide to invest. What is wrong with that?

You believe strongly in this stock and that's great. Hope you make a ton of money. Doesn't change the fact that there is a darker side to this story.

IMHO however caution is advised....

The point is that the "company" that's now in this "shell" has been passed around like a two bit hooker at Duke University.

If you fail to recognize that, you are either unable to read or are being paid to promote the stock.
