Naked short is easy task, the problem is to control those brokers outside the country.
But all they need to do is to cancel the FTD` settle for 3 days and move all transactions for one day if a broker don’t settle the FTD` during the trading time at the same day his broker license will be taking.
All good but if i won't be president it will never happen.
