UDTT pps needs VOLUME. Typically the 1st Q on the OTCBB is very active/high but volume lately is on the low-side all around. The current market correction may have something to do with this as speculative money takes a rest.

Look for HIGH vol in UDTT to confirm the move North of 10cents. Now that LAFD is testing the unit look for NY and other major cities to follow suit.

If UDTT pps hits .10 BEFORE May 07 [on significant PRs] then .25 is the target sometime before Q-4
