hey, erth traded at .30 presplit.. its trading at about 13 now postsplit in marketcap. doesnt nasdaq smallcap have a listing requirement of at least a 35 mil market cap? if so, erth is in trouble, even if the price is over 1.00. by the way, the "D" comes off on the 28th. i believe the pr issued today was to stabalize the tanking the stock has gone through.. ill keep an eye on it.. should be a gainer when they remove the D.
