If this all was proven true by Posner, I would think that the authorities would take notice and criminal charges would result. I don't believe it would be in the same trial, but how could it be ignored by the SEC?

Actually, that's still the reason I believe they'll settle in the near future, regardless of what Posner learns it won't see the light of day in a settlement. Her company will be well rewarded for all their efforts, and of course NWBO will be well rewarded.
