Opinions regarding timing and expectations of any judge’s decisions, are just that, an opinion. Certainly doesn’t merit being verbally attacked on. That’s for sure. You’re smarter than that.

I’ve been hearing hearsay rumors about dates when they’d get a deal done for a solid two years or more. If it’s not this month it’ll be next month. No, no in three more months and so on and so on .

I recently heard the judge already excepted the case but no, the statement was confused with the acceptance of the revised 45 page filing. People hear what they want to hear.

Wrong! They help discerning, objective minds see the negative performance, bs PRs, broken promises, never ending non productive, decades long lack of accomplishing anything positive for the investors. Furthermore, some of the so called negative posts are as positive about what their authors belive as how positive the pro sentiment is..... which has been steadily going down down down
