“but does he, by law, have to release the NAMES of the customers???”

Imo, yes…once you are doing business with a customer, be it contract, sales or even just deliveries, he would be required to identify the company we are doing business with…it would be a material event…

<< does he, by law, have to release the NAMES of the customers??? >>

The answer is NO.

A large company would not want to have their name associated with an unknown penny stock that is just looking to gain fame and fortune by using a well-known brand name. They would have KBLB sign an NDA.

But the mental exercise is a waste of time, because no brand-name is going to be associated with this POS stock.

I hear the intent behind what you're saying—but let's not pretend that what we saw yesterday (and most days) is just retail traders chasing fib lines and volume bars.

KBLB's daily chart includes...

--Erratic high-low steps

--Multiple bid-whack stair-downs

--Minimal volume with exaggerated price movement

--End-of-day "control pin" to cap any recovery

That’s not “trader desperation.” That’s systemic suppression.

This isn’t startup volatility—it’s thinly veiled manipulation.

And downplaying it only helps the ones doing it.

Sure, customer names would be catalytic. But let’s not kid ourselves:

If Nike was announced, the same crowd suppressing this would still be out here dropping 500-share sells every 3 minutes just to frustrate momentum.

Because that’s the game—control perception, limit breakout, rinse sentiment.

And as for this:

“Sales in 2025 will be minimal…”

Even if they are—the commercial transition will be complete. That's the inflection point to be met and ONLY ONE COMPANY WILL HAVE MET IT!!!

We need proof of market entry. And it’s coming.

What we don’t need?

Folks telling us the chart means nothing while it gets artificially contorted on the daily.
