Yes this is a different case, but I don't know if it will have any impact on someone wanting to do a merger. Maybe any potential suitor would want to wait until all legal stuff is done with? I don't know. I do know that I am beyond pissed off by this lunatic court system that seems to rob innocent people while protecting financial scammers.
