I understand XTI tried a desperate "Hail Mary" -- filing a last-minute counterclaim and then XERI's lawyers totally took XTI's flimsy argument apart, but I haven't read the actual motions. As cited earlier, I'm hoping an 8-K will be filed that provides us with the details so we can judge for ourselves whose case is stronger and how close they may be to some sort of resolution, court date, or jury trial, etc.
