Well, now we know Vera isn't shareholder friendly selling at this stinking market cap, and the trial news coming won't likely amount to much.  Basically starting over.  Sad.

Seems like just yesterday Vera was pounding his chest about non dilutive funding.  What happened? Well, at least it's only ten million shares.  Could be worse, I guess.
