There has never been a fully independent test of Holcomb's gizmo. Meter readings have been witnessed but that is a far cry from a fully independent test. No one is impugning the reputation of SGS or DNV but they only witnessed the results and old man Holcomb was in charge all the time. A fully independent test would require an accredited engineer being given full access to the entire setup to eliminate the possibility of misleading connection of test equipment- this will never happen as Holcomb knows the truth.
