My only guess is it’ll be filed late

Its due on or around the 15th of November they will file a Notice of Late Filing on either the 14th or 15th of November and actual 3rd Quarter Financials it will be filed on or around the 20th of November

Been done that way for 3 years, no reason the think it will change...
