You've gotta be kidding me! After all this, with a deal for the shareholder info finally made to get divies out, this POS broker is keeping the restriction indefinitely???

It isn't #1, or it would be published on their website. It isn't 4 either.

Probably number 2 and the Ledbed pump. It seems like the restriction came in right after the pump and dump was over and while the new investors and shareholders deal with the problem, the people guilty of the pump and dump (the very reason they may be restricting the stock)get away scott free with there profits. it is an unfair world, get used to it.
