Not a lot of time to respond. But, if we are on the same page, I posted some time ago about Avenir/Sera Labs having downsized from the 8th floor down to the 5th in the building they lease at. I think this is what you refer to - but not sure. They are in the same building but now on the 5th floor.
The transparency here is indeed like a window painted over black.
Bankruptcy or Miracle - I still say bankruptcy looks inevitable.
