Well if your so convinced, then why Are you here? Your obviously not invested. Guess you need a hobby eh? Seriously though, why wouldn't they want to regain compliance? There's zero benefits to not filing. They own 90+% of the shares. Anybody in their right thinking would see that. Just my take.
