#1322 RE: sinkhole #1317

Hi Sinkhole,

I see this issue taking direction like many pinks that flounder on the bottom for sometime..One issue, CHNW and one of my picks back in the latter part of 2007, floundered on the bottom until recently then soared to .002..The setback it received yesterday was the increase to 11 billion A/S.

However, during this period and if you go back and study the PRs, you will notice acquisitions and like many pinks, they acquire these companies through equity type instruments.

Now with CIVX..Go back into previous PRs and you will see acquisitions and my guess is that these acquisitions are being acquired by equity type financing..Understand this is my opinion, but very normal for companies to achieve their growth objectives through merger/acquisitions projects..The company hasn't released any details, but I feel the dilution factor is probably tied to such..IMO

I have spoken to IR and the company is currently working on additional acquisitions of which have already revenue generated business models..These are ongoing projects and still have to be announced, but I'm optimistic that news will be forthcoming.

So I see the same similarities and it's only a matter of time before these new ventures reach shareholders.Just like CHNW,folks were getting frustrated with the share price and like many pinksheet issues, you snooze you lose the run.

Have a good day
