Breaks my heart! I was born and raised in south Detroit in the 60's, the race riots tore the city down. It was never the same city and never the same again. Cities in California and NY are heading in this direction. Any city Democrat run , especially if in a Democrat sstate (governor), is doomed.

Thanks for posting the youtube link, there's no way I'm going on a smilar road trip.
I feel sad for those people living in conditions like Benton Harbor and other inner cities. They have no hope and have limited choices except for gang banging and selling crack, it's not what people living in other countries imagine the American dream. There's no Beach Boys surfing music or Born in the USA Springsteen being played in Benton....

I went to Buffalo to watch the Bills before the WuFlu and I was pleasantly surprised from my last visit in the late 80s.
I remember stopping at a red light, minding my business, and almost got car jacked.
Driving thru a red light has become second nature for me. The more I travel abroad has taught me to be vigilent and on my toes.
