No sensible CEO would put out revenue forecasts before they had contracts to base them on. The assumptions noted in the forecast would be too long, and too revealing.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST RED FLAG OF ALL TIME!!!! Bernie "Lebby" Madoff is letting you know what his "get out of jail card" is going to be. Instead of organically growing the company with smaller deals he is now only pursuing a Tier 1 company. That is like someone coming out with what they think is a great product but will not sell it until he gets into Walmart or Costco. It doesn't work that way. FOR ANYBODY!!! That is his new shiny object and fresh carrot that the cult shareholders are swallowing hook, line, and sinker. This company is going nowhere and management knows it. We are still waiting for the disclosure from last year's ASM. How corrupt is that? There will be NOTHING offered at this year's ASM that will move the stock price. But there will eventually be SEC investigations and class action lawsuits. Fred "Lebby" Astaire has dug a hole he can't get out of and is driving the company into the abyss.
