ASTN is in the securities business. They should have told us they didn't meet three of the requirements. It's not up to the shareholders to search SEC law books and the current books of the company. The company should have told us about the other requirement. I brought it up on yahoo and everyone poo poo'd me saying that's it's two of hte requirements that need to be met, not all. I called nasd and they said they can't tell me specifically just guide me because they don't want the share price to tank and get sued. The nasd guy said he wouldn't cite specific companies, just regulations. A lot of good that does.
