Power
Not exactly the case. Of course there is no formal, written rule on this but more often than not these “quiet periods” are useful and privately agreed upon by the parties involved. It makes the process more efficient while eliminating unforeseen or unforced slips of the lip which could be detrimental to the successful process conclusion. Cowens presentation was basically a rehash of past webinars but to a different institutional audience and a better, more refined presentation.

Your comments demonstrate your limited experience in these matters. When “quiet time” comes, it means we’re getting very close and serious with another entity. A most welcome signal IMO.

nidan and Talon, there is no quiet period. If there were, then TGD would not have been present at Cowan on Tuesday ... and one did not start after that meeting. Just normal silence.

There is a lot going on behind the scenes, but nothing that would be called a "quiet period."

OK, thx for the information. Hope all is well and that we are soon going to get news on progress. There MUST BE NEWS...SOMEWHERE...I am just going to keep on walking the perimeter until some sign of action dictates what ever is next.

pw---"plex, how was Dr. Grimmer's presentation?"---sorry--can't answer that one--I read somewhere that he said the trial was a success--really looking for some elaboration for the statement !!!! Sad indeed we haven't seen a word !!!!!
