Why they still charge 40 50 percent premium even after RVNC had lower their price?

Only 30% of the doctors in these practices employs Daxi in any significant way. That is because after the botched introduction they formed a negative impression and are not going to give it another chance for a while.

3. I shared the gist of soma’s protocols but they do not expect to be trying daxi in anything other than the 2:1 units. No daxi light. That is primarily because it is very hard to train the staff that prepares the syringes to dilute in equivalence to 1:1.25 or 1:1.65 ratios to Botox (that is in part because of staff turnover). They said that a major reason why it was easy to switch to Jeuveau is that preparation is identical to Botox.

Comment: when looking at Instagram posts by injectors, there was a noticeable split in willingness to do the necessary experimentation with fine tuning the protocol for Daxi to maximize duration. Those who’d had Instagram account (as injectors) longer were substantially less willing to experiment (and thus have negative opinions about Daxi).

Did you notice a similar split?

Three blind men and an elephant…
Humans have a tendency to claim absolute truth based on their limited, subjective experience as they ignore other people's limited, subjective experiences which may be equally true.

This is not a criticism… Thank you for your post YY1000. Are you going to purchase additional shares? By the time we get a clear(er) ‘picture’ of Daxi’s potential in the cosmetic market, I expect the price / share will be significantly higher than it is today.

Proof that aesthetics providers are dumb, lazy, and greedy!

That is primarily because it is very hard to train the staff that prepares the syringes to dilute in equivalence to 1:1.25 or 1:1.65 ratios to Botox (that is in part because of staff turnover). They understand why daxi has the different units, but they wish Revance had packaged the vials so that preparation was identical to Botox.

Exactly as I've been saying. This isn't rocket science, but many providers (we know which ones here) are too dumb and/or lazy to make sure that Daxxify is prepared properly to give their patients the best results. Staff turnover?? Do it yourself, Doc. They'd rather lie to their patients and pad their own pockets with Jeuveau. Word is spreading about Daxxify and clinics that keep the best product from their clients will eventually pay the price.

They think Daxi will likely do great in the therapeutic market for the reasons that have been discussed on this board.

Why, because those doctors take their Hippocratic Oath seriously? 😂

Spot on. The old regime ignored all of this. Focus on therapeutic. Starve cosmetic to avoid another dilutive raise. Let cosmetic market realize by itself that 1:1 Daxi Lite reconstitution is fine and cheap. Maximize therapeutic.

They think Foley is a very smart guy but both said they warned him against the premium pricing and he didn’t listen.

So surely now that Daxxify is at price parity with Botox (maybe even less with Botox's latest price increase) they are eager to switch their remaining patients over, especially since the main complaint was "they don’t get duration to justify the premium price charged."

If I call their office and ask for Daxxify will their response be that "they formed a negative impression and are not going to give it another chance for a while?" 😂🤡
