My cynical side rises - doing what you say you’ll do is important. How hard is it to update shareholders on a new meeting date by the end of the month as suggested in the company messages, not to mention that there have been no further updates as the month dissipates and ends today.
Perhaps the buyout is being negotiated and the news will drop and it will be over. Everybody gets what they get according to the number of shares held.
Probably not but other reasonable explanations escape me.
