ending conservatorship - or moving in that direction enough to increase PPS - if WRAPPED in a bold and promotable plan to lower the cost of buying a home (maybe first time buyers this time) --- it could be meaningful on political scale

I do think he should propose a higher $ amount "threshold" as to where/when you pay tax - and the cut the first (lowest) tax bracket in half - while proposing to offset the income cost by increasing tax on say 400K JT
