Auer Precision Manufacturer of BILLIONS of point-of-care strips. Part 2.
Circle back to the "RUO - Research Use Only" neutralizing antibody test. Is it not unreasonable to think that the Auer Precision relationship could allow potential marketing of the Neutralizing Antibody test for Research Use Only for covid19 or any future covid or flu strains??
Maybe the test could be beneficial to other medical companies testing the effectiveness of a new drug or vaccine.
You are on your game this morning Tex. I have a few thoughts before we go out and rip up some pavement for our Saturday lunch ride on the motorcycles. The first two products that AXIM acquired had existing 510K approvals and a production version of the product was not required for approval. One would think that AXIM already has a manufacturer capable of manufacturing a preliminary version of the test and that our favorite lab rats at AXIM could easily cook up the sauce. The 510K approval seems to be performed at the preliminary phase of the product not requiring a demonstration of the final manufacturing process. https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/premarket-notification-510k/510k-submission-process In the past AXIM has experienced packaging challenges with its tests, both with the Covid Neutralizing Antibody test and the DED tests. The FDA was just not a fan of the cartridge (cassette) that AXIM selected although I never heard what the reason was. I expect that Auer Precision would not get involved unless they were intending to stick with the product and become the production house. I believe that what prevented the initial developers of the eye tests from completing qualification and going into production with a contract manufacturer was that they did not have the cash to bridge the gap to production and had to bail. Obviously there is a pending business development based on the August 27 shareholder letter and the update of the AS on Silver Flume to a billion shares of common and some preferred while OTC markets has not been updated and the transfer agent has gone silent both in reporting and they won't respond to inquiries. I have been trying to figure out what has been pacing the deal since the letter stated that it would be mailed to share holders by the end of August. The pieces that I see on the table include the use of derivative liability accounting to address a share shortage for note conversion, AXIM's need for cash, MJNA's potential need for cash when Marijuana is rescheduled (probably very soon), MJNA's partial subsidiary Neuropathix losing its listing apparently intentionally for not filing its quarterly reports while moving forward in a business as usual mode, the pending push financings for Cross and Company with both AXIM and NPTX, the fact that Versea looks to me like they are about ready to go public, the Versea ownership of 10M shares of AXIM. I had thought that NVAC was going to be involved as well but at the moment they seem to be beating their own drum. They are an acquisition company with some product synergy. This leaves the future of the NPTX and NVAC tickers uncertain to me. Auer Precision is fairly large to be a privately held company as well. All that said my theory is that there is an insanely complicated deal poised to go down and that there are product performance milestones necessary to get there. I don't believe that JH would have registered the shares in Nevada and 8K the letter if he knew that at least 5 or 6 months would need to pass so I think that something changed but that they are making good progress towards the goal. I visualize Finney walking around with a giant bucket of glue bonding these 3 companies together in the technical realm as AXIM Management has in a financial capacity. Since AXIM is short of cash it is very possible that Auer Precision either has exclusive manufacturing rights or equity in AXIM as part of the derivative liability. When I look at the history of the family and the OS increase and the factors listed above I just wonder if this is going to be a very complex reveal of if the deals are going to continue to be released sequentially as the goal posts near.
