I'm not a lawyer and haven't consulted a lawyer. I was suggesting , in my way of thinking, that people like the BOD and Rifkin??? were negligent in arranging the deal that transferred shareholder wealth to other individuals.
I'm surpised that people are displacing their criticism of management to me. Wait until you see what happens to our holdings after our assets are sold/stripped from the company and more share are printed for Cornhell, manangement options, and the prior owners of Snap (BlueRun?)
I guess I'm wrong to ask these questions. I had assumed that these individuals might be insurred should they be sued for some reason.
I was not bluffing or threatening. I raised the issue for discussion and have seen the feedback.
And , Phoenix,what could possibly be achieved by me saying anything to Mr. Clayton Powell???. I never asked for the call and had no idea why he was calling me, just as he had no idea why he was calling, except for Chas having told him to take care of this.
I already have seen the concerns of the BOD, and they must know that the terms of the purchases were NOT in shareholders' interest.
