What an odd post.
I don't need to know patents, I know stocks.
However, I've also read through the legal proceedings as I do know those as well.
My questions have always been in the nature of, what's wrong with you people?

IF he knows so much about patents, why did he buy this stock at least 10 years too early?
Now, as to Rite Aid.....I just love it when penny stock mullets go through my portfolio to see if I have any losers. Of course I do! Everyone does.
I'm involved with a class action suit against RAD's board members as they totally screwed up the buyout with Walgreens.
You see! This is how real investors deal with stocks that suck, they seek damages. I'm certainly not going to defend Rite Aid. I'm also never going to ignore facts.
Now, did you want to talk about all my winners this year? ...while you sat in this watching the price tank.

The only thing to know about the patents is that from a value standpoint they haven't been proven to be worth anything.
