You do not know what the merging company will want to do.

ANY merging company will absolutely 100% do a R/S as soon as feasible.

I also doubt Tad will do anything, which is why new money is so reluctant to get onboard here.

Everybody who's been around also knows a R/S is coming, because the purpose of any RM is for the incoming company to RAISE CAPITAL, specifically by ISSUING SHARES, so the massively bloated SS is an obvious problem.
