If that were true do you really believe the BP's, UCLA, and oncologist would leave such a winner in the hands of a poorly governed broke company? They've lost close to ten years on an iffy trial rather than moving everything along with real speed. No, IMO, this is a research for researches sake company where they've cleverly figured out a way only embrace sheep for shareholders so they can build private CDMO's while receiving fantastic salaries and options perks.
