Obviously, like each time, your post is oriented against $DBMM, and finally it's you who puts on the show, daily on this board...not successfully, I agree, a failure I would say !

I don't trade the OTC for the financials I trade it for the ridiculous % gains from my buy in to my selling price. Don't give a crap about OTC "scams" when the entire market is in itself a SCAM to begin with including the SEC, FINRA ect... Those playing this market and bitching about it should save themselves and get out of it. If retails losses pay for MM fraud fines then individual tickers are a drop in the bucket re "scams". No one is strong arming anyone to buy, sell or hold DBMM. Yet the amount of coordinated opinions here are many, pro and con. To each their own, I don't trade the OTC based on opinions I trade my buy in and my selling price on factors I choose to look at and social media is at the bottom of that list by a long shot.

Everything OTC is a POS / SCAM till you cash out a 3 year high....

Try and learn the chronology  and the revenues have always been present in acquisition. (High $536 in 2018 10-K)  What crap , your endless pontificating, no matter how many times corrected. Back to compost heap!

2. Reaudit (3yrs) required through no fault of DBMM Nov 15,2013.  
3. Asher litigation Feb 2014      
4.Company completed Reaudit and filed all Amended K’s and Q’s (see EdGAR) seamlessly and chronologically in mid- Sept 2014.
5. Cost of Reaudit $157,300.
6.Mitigating circumstances caused delayed filings starting with 10-K 2015
7. Administrative Proceeding for delayed filings May 16,2017
8. New LTIs cashflow financing Oct 2017 starting with Cure
9. Delayed Filings cured May 31, 2018
10. Settlement with Asher at 50% discount.Their CDs canceled.  June 18, 2018.
